RECIPE / Energy Balls

Simple. Easy. Delicious.

You can see what is on my mind this morning. Probably because I'm doing Intermitent Fasting and cannot eat for another 5 hours. ha/ha You know how some (meaning ME) people hate breakfast. Some people need to snack throughout their day. Some people suffer from a severe sweet tooth at night (guilty.) If you are any of “those” people, this recipe is for you! The base requires bananas and quick oats…seriously, that’s it. Then add in whatever you prefer, like chocolate chips, coconut, chia seeds, crushed walnuts, or peanut butter!

The recipe will make 16 of these bad boys and will get you through the entire week whether you need a breakfast on the go, a snack before your after-work workout, or a way to satisfy a late night sweet tooth! And …they are guilt free!

Ingredients: (Makes 16)

  1. 1 Cup Quick Oats

  2. 2 Ripe Bananas

  3. 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips

  4. 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
