My Favorite Summer Sweaters / Shorts

I guess I am somewhat of a light-weight sweater hoarder – I love love love them! Its what I wear when I am hanging out at the house and even what I throw on for casual outfits. I have to have one in my bag if we are headed out to lunch or dinner because they keep the restaurants so cold (to me anyway). On another note....if you follow me on other social media outlets - you might know that my oldest son just graduated high school. I got pretty emotional leading up to this event - so much I built up anxiety and everytime I heard the word "graduation" I was almost in denial and couldn't face it. Truly! My stomach was upset. I was cranky. I was a mess and didn't even realize it. He graduated Summa Cum Laude (3.8) - and we are so blessed he is such a good kid. Truly he is.

I’m so releived that graduation week is over with. It was a very bitter-sweet time for me personally. It's hard to accept that your baby boy is graduating high school and moving on to spread his wings. So happy for him so I try not to cry myselft a pitty party (i've had a few). Oh well, tis' is life! and we have to keep on plugging - moving forward ready for the next chapter. My youngest will be a Junior come fall - wow - that's another hard one to comprehend. My baby baby! Who by the way ended his year with a 4.5 GPA - yes that is possible people! Getting old - that's how I feel. Maybe that's another reason I'm cold all the time...lol
