It doesn't open to the public till October 1st but you can get started with me and my team NOW. I'm only accepting people who want to do the following over the FALL/WINTER to feel good in their own bodies again:
1. work out 4 days a week 2. only 30-40 min workouts 3. follow a clean eating meal plan 4. enjoy a treat meal every week 5. want to enjoy their HOLIDAY SEASON and get results too
