HOW TO GET OUT OF A RUT: PRESS THE RESET BUTTON ON YOUR LIFE!



Come on friend, pick your head up and let's get moving. Let's pull out your new UNLEASH JOURNAL and BRAIN DUMP IT ALL OUT to get it out of your head where information overload might be spinning around. We work, we handle the family, we raise our children, we try to keep all the plates up in the air spinning and we still want to take care of OURSELF! It's a lot. WE TRY TO DO IT ALL. WE TRY TO MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY and sometimes we just want to fall to our knees and cry like a baby!


Step 1: BRAIN DUMP IT OUT. GRAB YOUR UNLEASH JOURNAL AND DUMP EVERYTHING OUT ONTO THE PAPER. EVERYTHING. It doesn't have to be neat or organized. All those TO DO LISTS AND THINGS YOU WANT TO GET DONE but can't seem to get them all organized, PUT THEM DOWN IN YOUR NEW JOURNAL AND BRAIN DUMP IT OUT.

Step 2: Once you see it all on the paper - try to CHUNK THE SIMILAR ITEMS TOGETHER ....decide what is REALLY IMPORTANT AND JUST PICK 3 THINGS TO FOCUS ON FOR THAT DAY. The other items can be part of your brain dump tomorrow and so on.


Just this simple step of BRAIN DUMPING can change your world. When you feel you are being pulled in too many directions. STOP....GRAB YOUR UNLEASH JOURNAL AND DUMP IT ALL OUT - I will teach you thru LIVE VIDEO how to do this and organize into BUBBLES that can become bigger goals for the future but for now - JUST TRY A HUGE BRAIN DUMP - GET IT ALL OUT - there is something magical about getting it all out of your head - thru your mind and let out from your fingers to the paper that MAKES THE MAGIC HAPPEN!


Try this EVERY MORNING and let me know if this helps you too! I do this all the time and find that it really isn't as bad as it felt in my head..once I get it out on paper where i can SEE IT - VISUALIZE IT AND ORGANIZE IT BY CHUNKING IT TOGETHER WHAT MAKES SENSE. SOME THINGS MAY NOT REALLY BE THAT IMPORTANT AFTER all that had been weighing on me and THAT FEELS GOOD.
