Kourtney Kardashian Drinks Collagen, So I Decided to Try It, Too

After seeing several of my friends drop a pic n their Instagram Stories, and then learning that Kourtney Kardashian adds collagen protein powder to her water every morning and drinks it on an empty stomach, I decided to dig for more info on what it can do for you!!

The Benefits of Collagen:

♡ can improve skin health.

♡ known to support connective tissues like ligaments & muscles.

♡ can relieve joint pain.

♡ may prevent bone loss.

♡ promotes hearth health.

♡ can decrease bone loss.


I used to only use this collagen (vital) until 1.5 years ago, I tried this one (below) and loved it soooooo much more. It's just lighter, doesn't bother my tummy with bloating and I can see a bigger difference in my HAIR for sure!



+ 1 quart of water

+ 1 red apple ( sliced into quarters )

+ 1/4 tsp of turmeric

+ 1 inch cube of ginger (sliced )

+ 1 bunch of mint

+ 1 lemon

+ 1/4 tsp ground cardomom

+ organic manuka honey


DIRECTIONS: add water, apple, cinnamon sticks, cloves, turmeric, ginger, mint & cardamom to a large pot. Squeeze in half a lemon, then thinly slice the other half. Bring the pot to a boil, reduce to simmer for 10 mins while covered. Add honey to the bottom of your mug then strain tea while you pour it in. ( This makes 2 big mugs ).
