I fully believe you are part of a really special community and really special team. And I just want you to know that everything that you put in, you're going to OWN IT. all of your effectiveness is going to be because you showed up and because of your effort.
Sometimes that gets difficult. We have TONE members and streamers from all over the country and the fact that we have this connectiveness, the fact that we have this option, this ability to still take care of our health in the middle of a health crisis is absolutely amazing.
So if you're feeling overwhelmed by everything that's going on in life right now, lean into the TONE online community-----support each other. Show up for your workout online, keep yourself strong! Process the stress of this through your body. The best advice I can give everyone right now is to show up for your health and be socially distancing yourselves.....
We're all in this mess together but we CAN take care of each other. You're special. You're part of a great community and if you're finding it tough to keep going, reach out to us. Reach out to each other and know that you can succeed at this.
